What are Tapas? 

Tapas are a Spanish tradition with a worldwide following, although most
other cultures & cuisines have their own interpretations
 
Tapas are best defined as a tradition of enjoying small tantalising portions
of different finger foods and washing them down with a cool aperitif,
beer, wine or sherry.
 
Tapas are meant to stave off hunger, whet the appetite and bring
immediate satisfaction to the mind, body and soul.

This is a wonderful goat's milk cheese from Poitou in the Loire Valley, France.
